Casey has an awesome fall recipe to share and you can easily make this Gluten free.

Super Simple Pumpkin loaf or Muffins

1 box of vanilla cake mix (I use gluten-free)

1 reg. size can of pumpkin

Grease muffin or loaf pan and set oven at 350.

In a med to large bowl, mix the two ingredients together. Spoon batter into pan of choice and bake 15 mins for muffins or 30 for a loaf. Toothpick test to determine if done, if not, add 5 mins.

I am going to make this! I love pumpkin anything! This would be great on your Thanksgiving table or for breakfast or afternoon tea with a hot cup of coffee (or tea). Thank you, Casey, for sharing!
