For some reason when I think of February I think of sweets. I was going to do this last week before Valentine’s day but I wanted to do the meal. So this week I am going to share some recipes for Brownies, Blondies, and Lemonies. I am sure you all have heard of brownies. Here is a great recipe for rich fudgy brownies.

Instead of me giving you the way I day it since baking is a science and it is important to get measurements right I am going to share a link to one of the best recipes I found that is close to my moms.

When I worked, occasionally when my district manager came in she wanted to go to Applebees for lunch and we would share a blondie.  They would bring to the big dish of a decadent dessert topped with Icecream, whipped cream and two spoons. My daughter loves Blondies better than a brownie so I looked up some recipes and found this one.

Applebees copycat maple butter blondie

I tried this one also without the maple. I have made this one with and without the chocolate chips and once with peanut butter chips all delicious.

One day I was browsing the internet and ran across a lemony recipe. I had to try it being a huge lemon fan and having some lemons that needed to be used.
