This week hasn’t been very serene. I picked tomatoes, cucumbers, figs and some peaches from my garden and trees. I made 7 jars of pasta/pizza sauce a couple jars cucumber relish, some figs and fig jelly and ran out of steam before I done the peaches. I did get to see my lovely daughter on Thursday, the weekend was for school shopping. Yes, I am ready for next week.
I I hope today to make a cobbler with the peaches.
Do yu have a garden? Do you can or freeze produce? Do you have any recipes to share?
