Serenity Sunday~~More Babies

I have shown you all pictures of my guinea pigs and told you about the birth of Squeaky at Christmas. I showed you the new cage we had. But by the time we separated Bella, it was too late. she was in the family way already.

Fred ( don’t tell hubby he is in here) Bella             Squeaky ( Hasn’t he grown fast?)

And  the new babies. Hopefully the last for a while. I have homes for a pair of these and possibly squeaky. We plan to only have  two females and two males when we  get them homes unless we decide to keep only two males ( Fred and a baby) I will keep you posted LOL

Do you have any pets?

Serenity Sunday~Birthday fun

Friday was my son’s birthday. He is 36. Wow! How time flies.

My son and Daughter

My son me and his two kids.                            Me, my daughter and two granddaughters.

Me and the three grandies. We finally got Daenerys still.

Serenity Sunday~Spring is early.

This winter has been really weird. Here in the bootheel of Missouri, we have had lots of rain and the weather yo-yo during the week we may have 70’s for a couple of days then down in the  40’s a couple.  Our daffodils have bloomed.

And my Neighbors tulip tree is beautiful yet messy!

I have petals all over my patio. They smell good, though.

How is the weather where you live? Do you have spring blooming?

It’s supposed to be winter but in my neck of the woods, it feels like spring. We have had rain almost every day since Christmas. At least two or three days a week we have had rain.  I don’t mind though. I love the sound of rain.

Do you like rain?

Serenity Sunday~~A Moment of Silence

Today’s Serenity Sunday is a little different. I haven’t been out of the house to take any pictures and haven’t done anything lately. I had nothing. ( except more photos of Molly, Chloë, Kitness, and the Guinea pigs).

Yesterday in our writing group we were talking about some music and this one came up. We were discussing both versions. I like them both. ( some of you won’t remember Simon and Garfunkel)

This is the Original from 1964

This is the newer version by Disturbed.

I think this is one of the best remakes. It gives me shivers! ( Thanks Misty for getting it back in my head and Margaret ( my Daughter ) for originally introducing it to me.LOL) I still like the original but this just is awesome. I love his growliness near the end! I also think this song is timeless.

What do you think? Which is your favorite and why?
