Cat’s meow~Audio review~Opposites~TM Smith~ #giveaway #dreamcast

Opposites is now available on Audiobook

Written by T.M. Smith

Narrated by Greg Boudreaux

In the year 2081, our planet survived global

warming on an apocalyptic scale. When the dust settled and the water receded,

Dr. Anthony Smith, one of only a few hundred survivors of GWI, started society

anew. Having come to the conclusion that injudicious breeding played a huge

role in the destruction of Earth as we knew it in the twenty first century, he

worked closely with other survivors to isolate the Dionysus gene: the gene has

the ability to manipulate human DNA to ensure that all male children be born

gay, and all female children be born lesbians.

A new society was born

In the year 2300 Dr. Smith’s descendants are

ushering in the twenty fourth century having maintained control of the

government that still rules society. Twins, Aiya and Aiyan, are preparing to

meet their matches and take control of House Gaeland, the current ruling House.

But not everything is as it seems.

Nature vs Nurture

Love is Love… it knows no gender and doesn’t

conform to restrictions or boundaries. Aiyan has found his soul mate in Kaden,

the prince of House Devi, that he is matched with and eventually marries. But

when the person Aiya falls in love with tests the boundaries put in place after

GWI, all hell breaks loose. And in the midst of one secret unraveling, another

will emerge. There is a growing anomaly that threatens to destroy over two

hundred years of progression. This anomaly is known as Opposites.

*WARNING* Opposites is an Adult Dystopian

majorly M/M novel that contains explicit sexual content and relationships

between gay, lesbian and straight couples. There are brief scenes of violence.

I asked  TM if Opposites were made into a movie who would  he choice for Raven and Tanis be. Yes, I had a favorite couple! Here is her reply.

Hello everyone, thanks for stopping by Cat’s blog today for her stop on the Opposites Audiobook tour. I decided very early on while writing Opposites exactly how I envisioned Raven and Tanis. Raven is the fictional form of one of my best friends, Lucien. Lu is a Celtic Minister who believes in his own kind of faith, and he believes very strongly in that faith. I wanted to capture that in Raven, and I think I did with Lu’s help. The only thing he asked when I started trying to figure out the physical likeness for Raven was… 1)Make sure it’s someone who is not only gay, but openly gay. 2)Make me look good! The first person that came to mind was Adam Lambert. So he became my vision of Raven.

I think He was the perfect choice. Adam is exaxtly how i pictured Raven.

Tanis took a bit longer. I originally considered Alex O’Loughlin, an actor most notably known for his role of Steve McGarrett on Hawaii Five-O. Lu thought that Alex might be too old to be believable as Raven’s man, so the search continued. Several other people in, I found an image of a model on facebook, Daniel Osborne. He’s blonde haired, blue eyed, tatted up and very beautiful. Lu agreed, so Dan became my Tanis. One of these days, Hollywood will come calling, and when they do I already have my cast for this sexy pairing… The Priest and his Warrior from Greece!

Meet the Narrator of the Opposites series; Greg Boudreaux

The spicier side of the oh so amazing narrator, Greg Tremblay, Boudreaux brings the more erotic LGBT titles to life like the Opposites series by TM Smith – the Fitting In series by Silvia Violet and the Assassin/Shifter series by Sandrine Gasq Dion, just to name a few!

You can find Boudreaux on Facebook, Twitter or Audible.

Opposites is a sexy post-apocalypse story where to keep the world from over populating a scientist invented genes where people were born gay. The houses made matches and inside those matches births were  chosen. This was to assure a perfect world and keep the genes gay. But there is an anomaly called Opposites that was beginning to become more frequent.
This is a very intriguing story with a great concept. The characters are all interesting and there are quite a few of them, as we meet the parents, and the main characters of this story.
Greg Boudreaux or Tremblay is one of  my very favorite narrators. If I see his name it goes right on my wish list. He made and already sexy story come to life and even sexier if that is at all possible.
But enough of my rambling…go buy a copy and listen for yourself!
If you like post-apocalyptic stories, a new world, prearranged marriages, and super sexy romance with some hot man-sex you will love this!
