Serenity Sunday~~Some calm after all the storms

Published by Cathy Brockman on

Hi, Y’all! This week I thought I would start something new. With all the hustle and bustle of a busy week, I decided to let Sunday become something calmer. I will be posting just a simple picture, poem or words of wisdom.

This week has been a very grueling week, both physically and emotionally. I am contemplating several changes in my professional and personal life, so I sure can use some Serenity,

This picture was taken last year in Hannibal when  I visited Dad. He always takes me to this place that has a little mini golf course and a fish pond. I love feeding the fish (and ducks too). It’s rather soothing.

Do you like to fish or just sit at a place like this and feed the ducks or fish?

No matter how frustrating or hectic life gets never forget ~~If you can dream it~~You cna do it.

You’re dedicated to what you do, Cathy, and produce a lot. I like that you are going to take some time to slow down and smell the, uh, fish? 🙂

Sounds like a great plan– posting a picture or something really simple. Yes, I love to sit outside or on the front patio and watch the birds and squirrels, or by the lake. Wishing you the peach and serenity you need.

Thank You. I hope each picture gives you serenity as well. I love watching the birds and squirrels there are some that live on the house across the street and I catch myself watching them through my office window when I should be working
